Dubai, UAE / Miami, USA – Avionics Support Group, Inc. (ASG), an experienced FAA PMA-approved aviation parts manufacturer and aircraft modification solutions provider, has successfully developed a customized Airbus A350 Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) mount solution with Emirates, achieving FAA PMA certification together with FAA STC approval (STC Number ST122277AT).

The project was developed by ASG to support Emirates’ operational requirements for its Airbus A350 flight deck, with Emirates serving as the key development partner and launch customer for the solution. Emirates Flight Operations and Engineering provided close collaboration, cockpit feedback, and operational input throughout the development process.

Airlines are increasingly interested in reducing hidden moisture accumulation within aircraft structures. ATS (Aviation Technical Services) is readying to install its CargoTek Cargo Bay Protection Solution for an undisclosed Southeast Asia operator of A320neo aircraft. Two aircraft will be retrofitted with ATS’s cargo bay main and mid floor liner kits with the first anticipated in late September. ATS, an industry-leading provider of airframe and component MRO, engineering solutions, and USM offerings, certified and manufactured CargoTek panels as an FAA and EASA STC/PMA approved product which is proven in service to protect OEM cargo bay floors. CargoTek is currently installed on Airbus A320 family aircraft for operators based in Southern Europe and East Africa.

ATS CargoTek Cargo Bay Protection Liners help airlines reduce cargo bay related maintenance costs and gate delays. Airlines experiencing high maintenance costs with Airbus A320 cargo bay floor panels, need ATS cargo bay floor liners to protect them. They will experience lower maintenance costs and better aircraft performance.
